Conical Mixer

Conical mixer — a mixing device, the working body of which resembles a cup in the form of a funnel.

The conical mixer applies to both high-speed and slow-moving mixers and serves to mix a variety of substances. Unlike other high-speed mixers of this type, such asmilling,turbine,propeller, the conical agitator creates a dynamic radial flow due to the shape of the impeller, which allows you to turn any substances into a homogeneous mixture in a short time and with little energy consumption.

Conical mixer prevents stagnation of thick substances on the bottom or walls of the vessel, foaming, heating of the mixed substance.

The principle of their operation is quite simple: due to rotation, the mixed material is scooped up by the wide part of the cone and under the action of centrifugal force is thrown through the narrow part of it, which creates a rapid, erratic flow.
